5 mistakes to avoid when outsourcing

We all get to the point where we are overwhelmed with work. With all of the demands on our time we look to outsourcing as the magic solution. We assume we can dump work on someone else and it will magically be done.

Unfortunately I found out the hard way that outsourcing takes time and should be done at the right time.

• I rushed into selecting a freelancer
• I gave them complex work without context
