You are NOT always right (Neither is the client)
There are two extremes in business. Some businesses operate as if their clients are always right and they move heaven and earth to please them eventually leading to burnout. Other businesses consider themselves as the experts and treat their clients with contempt.
We are all human and relationships work best when there is respect and some give and take.
